I have had the pleasure getting to know many of you in the community over the last year. I have been honoured to attend many events in Palmerstown, delighted to help with the Launch of the Palmesrtown festival and attend the Family Fun day.
My family and I enjoyed attending the Waterstown park run. This park is a great facility and we are very lucky to have three park runs in South Dublin County Council.
Over my term as Deputy Mayor and councillor I intend to represent the interests of the Palmerstown Community. Finding solutions, seeking change and improvement, ensuring we get the best services and amenities possible are my main focus.
I believe every effort must be made to eliminate crime and antisocial behaviour in our community. Through my work with Neighbourhood Watch schemes facilitating meetings, I have seen how close co-operation with Gardai, residents, the council and other stakeholders can effectively reduce crime and anti-social behaviour. We must also make sure that our very young population has access to facilities and opportunities for recreation, socialising and self development.
I am available anytime to help and assist with issues/concerns and events in Palmerstown,.
