Paddocks: I attended the deputation held by Paddocks residents where their concerns about the planned opening of the through road was discussed. I support the residents and will continue to work with my Community Alliance colleagues on this matter.

Adamstown Community/Sports Hall: Following discussions on a motion I had at this week’s area committee meeting, glad to report that all stakeholders are now committed to engaging with the community on the issue of Adamstown Community/Sports hall.

Footpath repairs: Once again I’m glad to report that the council have been repairing footpath repairs around Lucan area including Esker Drive which I requested at previous meeting. This will improve the safety of the many pedestrians/school children that use this route on a daily basis

Congratulations to Lucan Sarsfields Ladies Camogie winning the Feile championship in both Division 1 and 2 last Sunday making history once again.
