Regarding Part V homes, each development in the Adamstown SDZ carries a liability ranging from 10% to 15%, mainly acquired by approved housing bodies under the Capital Advance Leasing Facility.

In response to inquiries about extended opening hours at Lucan Library, the council is actively exploring opportunities to make it available for community events outside regular hours.
