Waterstown Park Run: I was delighted to help launch the first 5K park run at Waterstown Park, Palmerstown. I enjoyed completing the 5k with the walking group in the beautiful Waterstown Park. With the run in Griffeen Park we now have 2 local venues for park runs. Park runs are free and both walkers and runners are welcome. See parkrun.ie for details

Statutory Bodies Appointment: I can confirm that I have been nominated to join both the Dublin Education Training Board (formerly VEC) and the South Dublin Joint Policing Committee. Membership of these Statutory Bodies is in line with 2 of the priorities I set in my election campaign, Security and Education. You can be assured that I will represent the interests of the Lucan and Palmerstown on both these statutory bodies
