Lucan’s Water: Further to my formal questions at the recent council meeting, the council water section have confirmed that Irish Water continue to blend approximately 6% of hard water from the Leixlip water treatment plant into our traditionally soft water supply from Ballymore Eustace . I have called for full transparency on the type of water being supplied and for improved delivery of information to the general public. I will continue to pursue this issue.
