Motions/Questions Passed at Lucan Area Meeting: My motions/questions discussed and passed at Lucan Area meeting this week:                                                                     Commitment to install Multi Use Games Area in Griffeen Park, Newcastle road / Further to my various motions calling for  Pedestrian lights at Arthur Griffith on Esker Road the council have confirmed that a pedestrian crossing shall be installed over the coming weeks. Other areas are being proposed / I have requested more bins in our parks and that the council look other areas that require additional bins / New improved HGV signs to be designed and installed on Newcastle road / I requested an update on the “School Bus Study”/ That the council consider what elements can be incorporated into the Lucan Village Scheme for “1916-2016”
