1916 Raising of the Flags: Well done to all the schools of Lucan and around the country on the “Raising of the flag” on Tuesday last. I was honoured to be invited to Scoil Áine Naofa ceremony and proud to listen to all the children, particularly my son Darragh, as they told us their stories of how they have family connections to 1916.
School/Safety Measures: I continue to work on ensuring that safety measures are placed outside our schools. The next round of traffic wardens are been allocated shortly for Lucan and Palmerstown. I will keep you updated on this.
County Development Plan: The material alterations are available to view in Lucan library, South Dublin County Council Tallaght offices and online. Thanks to those who have made contact with me to discuss various aspects of the plan.
