12^th Lock Masterplan: a presentation was given to us at last Monday’s full council meeting. I raised the need importance of ensuring community use plays major part in these plans, which is an issue I continue to campaign for. I also raised the necessity to include creches as I highlighted the demand for these services within the Lucan area. The next steps are as follows: Phasing programme, Budget analysis, Design team procurement, Part 8 (public consultation) Phase 1 Detailed Design & Construction

Grand Canal Greenway: The greenway upgrade along the canal heading towards Kildare is planned to be completed withing the next 12 months.

Footpath repairs: footpath repairs, one of the main issues raised with me, if you have an area that needs to be repaired do get in touch I will have the matter raised and included in future works.
