Road Conditions in Lucan: I will be raising concerns about the poor condition of roads
across Lucan, particularly Newcastle Road following repeated works and inadequate
reinstatements. I am requesting a full review of all road openings and will be calling on
SDCC to repair potholes and resurface affected areas as a matter of urgency.

Delighted to see that Lucan House will be opening its grounds to the public from this
weekend and on weekends going forward.

While there is still work to be done on the overall masterplan this is a really positive first
step. Initial conservation and repair works have been carried out and consultants are now
being appointed to progress the full masterplan.

To now have public access is a great beginning I hope you all get the chance to enjoy a stroll
around the grounds they are truly amazing.
