Followiing discussions with a number of residents I identified a desire for a  local Darkness into light fundraising and remembrance walk in Lucan. I organized informal walks in Lucan Demense in 2022 and 2023. The walks finished at Coutrneys Pub beer Garden in Lucan Village. Tea/Coffee and pastries were kindly donated by Courtneys with all proceeds going to Pieta house. I’m delighted to confirm that the walk in 2024 will be an official Pieta House/Darkness into Light walk. More details to follow.
