Pedestrian lights: I highlighted the concerns raised by many regarding switching on the new pedestrian lights with council management at this week’s council meeting. They will bring the matter to the attention of the ESB, I will keep pursuing this until they connect the power.

Age Friendly parking spaces: I have been asked to raise the matter of installing ‘age friendly’ parking spaces in the Lucan area. This is something that has been introduced into other areas, they provide additional security and safety to those more vulnerable in our community.

Register to vote: I initiated the ‘register to vote’ events held in Adamstown over the years. It would be arranged to have local gardai present to sign/stamp the relevant forms. I intend to facilitate this again; I will keep all posted on this.
